Predictable Ops Workshop (predictableops.com) is a cloud and DevOps training platform operated by OpsNexus. OpsNexus is committed to running a secure, trustworthy platform. If you have questions about this notice, reach out to us at privacy@opsnex.us.
What Information We Collect
When you create an account and use our platform, we collect:
- Name and email address — provided during account creation
- Job title — provided during account creation or profile setup
- Usage and session data — which courses you access, how long you spend on them, and general activity within the platform
We do not collect payment card numbers directly — payments are handled by our payment processor.
Why We Collect It
We collect only what we need to run the platform and keep it secure:

Who We Share It With
We share your information only with the vendors who help us run the platform:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure that hosts the platform
- Microsoft — internal collaboration tools used for support and operations
- OpenAI — AI services
These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, advertisers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information
